Swindon - Transport Conversation Survey Posted by grahame at 11:10, 1st October 2024 |
I never know which board to post Swindon Specific stuff on ... so here goes on perhaps the busiest "local" service from there ...
Good morning everyone,
We are soft launching our 2024 Transport Conversation survey this afternoon at the Swindon Seniors Forum AGM. This survey is at the link below and is open until Monday 28th October:
https://letstalk.swindon.gov.uk/public-transport-in-the-community/surveys/2024-transport-conversation
We will be asking the SBC Comms team this week to promote the survey on social media, and we'd love for you all to complete the survey and send it around your user groups to also fill in. It should take between 5-10 mins.
A bit of background about this is we had the initial Transport Conversation in April 2023, a survey was published and they had around 1500 responses. Our team completed further analysis for each postal code area and further meetings were held with ward Councillors about the results. We would like to focus in on some key areas this year, and hope to receive a higher level of response. This is mostly relevant for residents of Swindon Borough, but also useful to hear from those who work in or visit Swindon.
Any questions regarding this or general feedback please do let me know.
Many thanks,

"Bus Boulevard" work at Swindon replacing the bus station is nearing a conclusion, I understand though I'm not exactly sure how [well] that is going to work. I know we have Coffee Shop members who live in Swindon and use the buses there, and rumour has it that one or two people who visit Milford House from time to time read the forum.
