From My London

The commuter town named one of UK's best with homes £300K cheaper

We spoke to a business owner and a local Councillor about what life is like in the area

Londoners have loads of nearby towns and villages we can move to in search of a cheaper life while keeping their jobs in the capital. Leighton Buzzard, which 'has lots of character' and is just 30 minutes from London Euston by train, is one of those places.

Where would you suggest for economic, practical and enjoyable living for London based commuters about the Leighton Buzzard distance / time out.

As soon as people start doing this, house prices will go up steeply. Homes in other London commuter belt towns within 30-45 mins train ride that have become popular options have all rocketed in price
