On Wednesday, Transport for London (TfL) announced it would invest £15m on building more toilets across the network and improving existing facilities.

A bit late now, but during the rail strikes I used to have to take two buses to get to Morden for the tube. No public toilets anywhere (I remember there used to be at the Civic Centre) and it's not fun having to hold it in until you get to Central London. On those days Costa Coffee in Morden had longer queues for their toilets than their coffees.
I've since found this website but I can't vouch for the accuracy.

And TfL have a .pdf map showing their loos with a big block of text telling you about "Using toilets when travelling on TfL services'.
