Yes, you HAVE found the right place - starting at 14:30, 3rd October 2024. Hosted by the independent Great Western Coffee Shop Passenger forum, with Daryn McCombe, the performance and train service delivery director at GWR. Aided and abetted by colleagues at GWR and the moderator and admin team here at the Coffee Shop.

Many thanks - Daryn and Tom, Bryony, Chris, Tim, .. and everyone else too. A useful hour and a half, I think. Daryn and Tom have sprinted for their train, I am in (!) a Coffee Shop here in Swindon and will catch the "Westbury Flyer" next time it comes around. When I get home / overnight run through the recording and to assist with all the various follow ups.

Thanks everyone for organising the session. The new Zoom feature was a great addition.
The contents, I felt, were both thought provoking and enlightening....a mid afternoon well spent.
Thanks again.

For the first time, our "Meet the Manager" was live online via Zoom too, and in the next days I will be following up on some or perhaps all of the thread above with further notes of what was said in the live session. Thanks to Bryony, Chris and Tim too for all the assistance in the lead up to annd during the event, where we had approaching 50 people present - a mixture of Zoom, on line regular members on the forum, and forum guests.
